Cebu Hospital Scandal No one could ever such imagine a government hospital for having committed a serious lapse of their operation procedures, patient's right to privacy violated, gender sensitivity discriminated. All eyes around the world are on focus on the said scandal, a big slap to medical professionals promoting medical tourism in the Philippines. I hear cheers and jeers upon seeing the video on youtube, medical staff/s making fun of the patient. Health officials from the Department of Health, Civil Service Commission and other government related agencies will file the necessary charges, closure of the hospital, face suspension, punish and or revoke license/s if found guilty.
